KIT NEPTUNE
The Neptune kit is composed by:
• Gas torch
The Neptune torch combines all the features of the best Narcisi’s torches to the using of titanium, being the lighter witihn the Narcisi range.
The titanium compounds (which are both stem and burner head made of) the careful production and the meticulous testing make it unparalleled.
Each junction is threaded and fixed with technical sealant.
Burner head and air mixer are threaded and screwed into the arm, and then easily replaceable in case of usury or to change the diameter of the burner head.
The torch tap body is equipped with:
• a knob controlling both opening and gas flow for the complete valve.
• a pilot burner device for total safety flame ignition.
• a second knob to modulate as required the stand-by minimum flame (i.e. in case the pilot burner would not be sufficient in presence of wind).
• a quick opening lever.
All manufactured according to European Regulations ISO EN9012.
As all the Narcisi’s gas torches, the perfect balance in the air-gas mix ensures top-level performances combined with high gas consumption savings in it’s range.
The Narcisi Neptune torch is normally equipped with a swivel connection that can be coupled/uncoupled from the rubber hose by means of a conic fitting equipped with a left threaded nut and foresees as standard also the stand for sure laydown of the torch in stand-by position.
On demand, it can be also fitted with a piezoelectric ignition.
It can be ordered with 2 different diameters of burner head (mm.50 / 60) while the standard measure of the stem is mm. 180 or 350.
• Flexible hose
To Neptune torch we prefer to combine a rubber propane hose with a thinner diamater, more flexible, to make even more handy the whole kit.
The standard length is of 10mt. homologated according to European Regulations ISO EN3821 (or upon specific requests as length and also different homologations)
• Gas regulator
Standard gas regulator homologated according to ISO EN334 and featuring 8 Kg/h flow and 4 bar max gas pressure exit (or available on request with any specific international homologation)
• Excess flow safety valve (DIN 30693)
Working pressure between 0 and 4 bar, 8 Kg/h flow, absolutely fundamental for the operator’s safety.
