KIT DELUXE

The DeLuxe kit is composed by:

• Gas torch
The Deluxe kit gas torch represents Narcisi’s top range both for the best materials used and for the maximum care in manufacturing and testing.
The frame of this torch is completely realized in brass, each single connection between tap body and extension is threaded and brazed with Ag45 silver alloy as particularly ductile. Burner head and air mixer are threaded onto the extension and therefore easily substitutable in case of ware or necessity to change housing diameter.

The torch tap body is equipped with:
a knob controlling both opening and gas flow for the complete valve,
a pilot burner device for total safety flame ignition,
a second knob to modulate as required the stand-by minimum flame (i.e. in case the pilot burner would not be sufficient in presence of wind),
a quick opening lever.
All manufactured according to European Regulations ISO EN 9012.

The Narcisi DeLuxe torch is normally equipped with a swivel connection that can be coupled/uncoupled from the rubber hose by means of a conic fitting equipped with a left threaded nut and foresees as standard also the stand for sure laydown of the torch in stand-by position.
On demand, it can be also fitted with a piezoelectric ignition.
It can be ordered with 3 different burner heads diameters (mm.50/60/70) while the extension can be of mm. 200/300/400. It can also be equipped with customized measures according to customer’s needs.

• Flexible hose
Standard length of 10mt. homologated according to European Regulations ISO EN3821 (or upon specific requests as length and also different homologations)

• Gas regulator
Standard gas regulator homologated according to ISO EN16129 ex EN13785 and featuring 12 Kg/h flow and 4 bar max gas pressure exit (or available on request with any specific international homologation)

• Excess flow safety valve (DIN 30693)
Working pressure between 0 and 4 bar, 10/12 Kg/h flow, absolutely fundamental for the operator’s safety
